1. General Terms

bn33 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and bn33. By accessing or using the bn33 platform, you are considered to have acknowledged and accepted all provisions of these Terms.

3. Account Security

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Financial transactions on bn33 are carried out in a fully secure and transparent manner. The following methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

4.2 Verification Process

Before processing a withdrawal request, bn33 may ask for identity verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. The account used to make the deposit and the destination account for the withdrawal must belong to the same person.

4.3 Applicable Conditions

5. Bonus & Promotion Rules

bn33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Each offer is subject to specific conditions, which will be stated in the description of the relevant offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or if you deposit ৳6,000, the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies, giving a total of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000, after which bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer can be used only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering must be completed first.
• bn33 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any bonus.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on the bn33 platform are conducted according to specific rules. The individual rules for each game are provided in the game description. Transactions resulting from a technical error may be cancelled subject to review.

For sports betting, bn33 offers a variety of markets. Market prices and results will be considered final as determined by bn33. For disputed results, please contact the customer service team.

6.1 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection or technical error, bn33 will determine the outcome of that game based on its own system records. bn33 will not be held responsible for losses caused by the user's personal internet issues.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bn33 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account and the associated funds may be forfeited.

• Operating more than one account.
• Registering with a false identity or false information.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Using automated bots or software to play.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Playing on behalf of or for a person under 21 years of age.
